Delivery Reference
These are the six types of delivery we currently take on. Each states its capability and its boundary — boundaries are not limitations of skill, they keep expectations accurate from day one.
Clarify business scenarios, assess where AI fits, and produce an actionable plan with priorities.
Boundary: Does not replace client business decisions; plan quality depends on real business information provided.
End-to-end delivery from requirements and design through development, testing and deployment, including permissions and accountability design.
Boundary: Source code ownership and licensing are defined per contract; iterations beyond scope are not included.
Candidate extraction, source linking, human verification and template-based assembly for bid/delivery documents.
Boundary: Currently in internal testing with one industrial customer; scope follows the pilot agreement.
Collection, aggregation and visualization of business data for operational analysis and decisions.
Boundary: Data compliance and authorization remain with the data provider; analysis is for reference only.
Organization and ingestion of enterprise material with traceable, source-linked Q&A.
Boundary: Answer quality depends on source material quality; key content requires human verification before use.
System training, documentation handover and knowledge transfer so your team can operate independently.
Boundary: Training scope and ongoing support duration follow the contract; unplanned development is not included.
